PERSONAL TRAINING

Specialized programs designed for you with a qualified CPT, certified personal trainer.  The components of fitness will be incorporated into a personal exercise program for you: Flexibility, Range of Motion, Balance, Muscular Strength * Muscular Endurance, Cardiovascular Endurance, Skill Related Fitness, Anaerobic Power, Body Composition.

Will work one on one to three clients either at studio or the home. Help clients assess their level of physical fitness and set and reach their fitness goals, help demonstrate various exercises improving the clients exercise techniques. Keep records of clients exercise sessions to monitor the clients progress towards physical fitness. May advise clients on how to modify their lifestyle outside of the gym to improve their fitness.
